Browse our Properties page to explore all available listings. You can filter by property type (Residential, Commercial, Industrial, Mixed), search by location or name, and sort by price. Once you find a property that interests you, click "View Details" to see available units and submit an enquiry.
Click the "Tenant Login" button in the navigation bar or visit /tenant/login. Enter your registered email address and password. If you have forgotten your password, use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. Your landlord or property manager creates your account and shares your credentials during onboarding.
After logging into the Tenant Portal, navigate to the "Payments" section. You will see your outstanding invoices listed there. Click "Pay Now" on any invoice and choose your preferred payment method — UPI, net banking, debit or credit card. You will receive a payment confirmation and receipt by email after each successful payment.
Typically you will need to upload a government-issued photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Driving Licence), proof of address, and recent bank statements or salary slips as proof of income. Your landlord may request additional documents such as an employment letter. You can upload these directly from the Documents section in the Tenant Portal.
Logged-in tenants can raise support tickets from the "Support" section of the Tenant Portal. Select the category (Maintenance, Billing, General), write a description of your issue, and attach any relevant photos or files. Our team will respond within 24 hours. You can track the status of your ticket in the portal at any time.
In the Tenant Portal, go to "Invoices" and find the invoice you need. Click the download icon or the "Download PDF" button next to the invoice. The PDF will be generated and saved to your device. You can also access payment receipts from the "Payments" section and download them as PDFs.
Yes. Maakan uses industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL) for all data in transit and AES-256 encryption for data at rest. We never share or sell your personal data to third parties. You can review our full Privacy Policy for more details on how we collect, use, and protect your information.
